It was so nice & sunny out after church, that we went out in our yard to enjoy the day! June sported her flashy sunglasses (thank you again Kenady)!

Eating...
I thought it would be fun to compare pictures of June eating with pictures of Aaron eating. I thought the similarities were so funny that I'd post the pictures for everyone to see! Notice the food on the face & dazed expression the last pictures of each of them...Enjoy!

Loving June!
Here is June trying on all of the clothes she got from her cousin Kenady. She was very patient with me while I had her try on outfit after outfit! A HUGE thank you to Darcy for the clothes & toys, & for letting us stay with her while we were in Washington!

Here is Junie trying out her new throne! She really likes siting up & seeing what's going on around her.

Washington & Family
Last weekend Aaron, Nate, June & I drove out to Washington to go to Grandmas funeral. It was sad to say goodbye to Grandma, but at was comforting & nice to be with family. Being with my family is one of my favorite things of all time & it makes me happier than just about anything! Here are some pics. from our trip. (Oh, & June really does not like her car seat any more)!
Here is Nate squished in the back of our car.

June & her cousin Owen.

Here are three of my siblings with June. My brother Brian-not pictured- was not feeling so well that day as he was elbowed in the eye in P.E.!

Nate & Owen having a sword fight.

This is me & all of my siblings (from left: Darcy, Brian, me, Nate, Angie)!!!

It was so nice to see My aunt Carla & cousin Alison. I hope they had a good camping trip!

I love this picture of my Dad with June & Kenady (the two youngest grandbabies)!

Here is June eating my Mom's shoulder! By the way, mom, this color of red looks really good on you!

My nephew Erik being funny!

My Niece Kenady post bath, pre dressed!
Aaron with his beloved Diet Mountain Dew (it got him through the long drive)!

Memories of Grandma Balholm
My Grandma Balholm passed away two weeks ago & I just wanted to write a little something about her.
These are some of my memories of her:
* She always sang the songs "Found a Peanut" & " I like the mountains, I like the daffodils....."
* She took my cousin Jill & I to the theatre to see "The Little Mermaid" for the first time.
* Talking to her about anything. We often spoke about about pretty music (I specifically remember talking about how much
we both like Celine Dion).
* Going to the float house with she & Grandpa.
* When she would tell stories about my Dad, Uncle Neil, & Aunt Theresa.
* Looking at pictures of when she was younger with her.
* Eating anything she made. Namely, the potato casserole w/ corn flakes on the top, Chex mix, & sandwiches.
* Spending Christmas day with she & Grandpa every year (Bugles & Pop Corn Bins).
* Playing the "what if" game with her.
* Being snowed in at our house when she was there.
Oh, & this picture is of my Dad, Grandma & I at my Baby shower. This was the last time I saw her. She told me about each one of her pregnancies & we compared them to how mine was going. Anyway, we had a good visit. She was such a neat lady & will be greatly missed.
