I thought it was about time I did a pregnancy update. I am in my third trimester (29 weeks today) & all is well! I am feeling MUCH, MUCH better which is great, & I am also getting MUCH, MUCH bigger! I don't mind the growing mid-section too much as long as I've got a pillow to sleep with & clothes that fit well! It does bring some challenges, though. Like June trying to push my stomach back in (yes, she definitely notices the growing belly), me not being able to get up from sitting very well on my own (luckily, I've got Aaron who is wonderful enough to help me with that), and needing to eat TUMS every night to fight off the acid reflux! But, it's really not bad at all.
I have had a lot stronger cravings this pregnancy than with my last one. I make us TACOS (with soft corn tortillas) a couple of times a week because I can't get enough of them! Luckily Aaron likes Mexican food & June seems to as well. I have also been eating a lot of ICE CREAM with hot fudge & almonds on it...MMMMMMM....I might go make a bowl after I finish this post! Believe it or not I even have a craving that is good for me: ICE WATER. I got myself a pretty pink water bottle that I fill with a lot of ice & water & down it all day long. It's wonderful! That's mostly it for cravings. I get some random ones, too.
I know I still have 11 weeks to go, but I am already counting down the days until we get to meet our little guy! Who we are going to name:
~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~Clayton Eric Stevens~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~
Clayton is Aaron's dad's name & Eric is my dad's name (Clayton is also Aaron's middle name). We'll call him Clay for short. Anyway, I already have the nursery all organized, & decorated (& I already want to redecorate), but all we have to do is wait. And, wait. And WAIT!!!! I am just so excited & it makes me impatient :) I do feel very blessed that things are going so well, though. Little Clay is already a strong active guy, & it is so fun to feel him moving around! Oh, & this last picture is me flexing... Aaron was nice enough to take these preggo pics of me & he told me to flex for one, & well, there you go!
