After church & a nap we had an Easter egg hunt in our front yard w/ some friends who have a little girl June's age (Addison). They both had a good time collecting eggs, & then opening the plastic ones to get treats out of them. We learned not to use real eggs (even hard boiled) for this age. They just kept wanting to squish them! Oh, & they were dyed, so they also liked licking them which turned their mouths colors!
Here are some more pics of us playing outside on our beautiful Easter Sunday!

Your little girl is getting so big. Is she ready to be a big sister?
How fun! June is so cute with those bunny ears and her Easter outfit! We didn't get around to dying Easter eggs this year, but after reading your post I think it was a blessing now, since Lexi loves squishing everything and anything that is squishable!! :)
We love you guys, and yay for zoo's! We'll have to plan a zoo outing together-you go to yours and we'll go to ours on the same day and talk on the phone while we see the elephants or something so we can pretend we're together!! :)
You were so lucky to get sunshine! It rained here all day long. June is such a cutie in her bunny ears! Happy Easter!
